Nidus Apartment 3 is a new luxury apartment in the exclusive village of Lech.
This elegant five-bedroom apartment was completed in 2017, and is part of the Nidus Residence, situated a few minutes from the Schlosskopf chairlift and close to the center of Lech. It is the perfect base for a family or group of friends wanting to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes.
The apartment develops on one floor, and it can sleep up to ten people in its five bedrooms. It combines state-of-the-art design and the latest mod cons together with chic furnishings and natural alpine woods creating a tranquil and contemporary feeling throughout.
The master suite overlooks the stunning snow-topped mountains and has access to the south west-facing terrace. The master bedroom also boasts an impressive en-suite bathroom, with separate shower and a private sauna.
Two further bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles and feature the same great attention to detail found throughout the property. Each is individually finished and both are equipped with the latest plasma screen TV and safes. These bedrooms share a spacious private shower room.
Moving through the generous hallway to the other side of the apartment we find a further bedroom which can also be made up as a twin or double. It has access to the large south-facing terrace that is the perfect place for a morning coffee overlooking the mountains. It shares a private shower room with the lovely children's bunk room.
At the heart of the apartment, you will find the open plan living and dining area. The ample dining area easily seats everyone. The other half of the space is occupied by large, inviting sofas, ideal for relaxing by the modern fireplace. Every window in the living area frames amazing views of Lech. This is the perfect space to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and for whiling away winter evenings with friends or family.
Finally, guests have access to a fabulous shared ski room with boot warmers and the apartment has private laundry facilities.
The chalet is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.

Rates are based on a self-catered basis.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Sunday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
