Balegia Apartment 4

Balegia Apartment 4 is a traditional alpine chalet located on the second floor of the Balegia Residence with easy access to some of Austria's most extensive skiing.

Completed in 2018, the luxurious Balegia Apartment 4 is just a few minutes stroll from the center of Lech and the ski lifts.

The apartment features contemporary and sleek furnishings perfectly matched with soft lighting and natural woods creating a welcoming and relaxed ambience.

It is set over one floor, with four spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bath or shower room and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Just off the entrance hallway, you will find the lavish master bedroom, with a dressing area, en-suite bathroom and its own sauna. From this bedroom you can admire stunning alpine views through the window, enjoy your morning coffee taking in some winter sun on the beautiful, sun-drenched balcony or finish the day indulging in a luxurious sauna.

The three further bedrooms are also impeccably designed with great attention to every detail. Each has its own individual character, luxurious, comfortable beds (that have the flexibility of being made up as twins or doubles) and all of them enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

At the end of the hallway you will find the open plan living and dining area that have been conceived to combine style with comfort, this space is perfect for spending relaxing evenings with family or friends.

There is also a modern fireplace and a fabulous dining table with plenty of room for the whole party to enjoy a tailor-made dinner together and a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, ideal for curling up on after a long day on the slopes.

Balegia Apartment 4 is the perfect winter base for a group of friends or for spending time with the family.

Guests have also access to a wonderful shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

The chalet is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.
