Balegia Apartment 1 is located in a newly completed building and it is the ideal base for a couple or two friends wanting to explore Lech, just few steps from the center and the ski lifts, giving you access to some of Austria’s best skiing.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is characterized by a modern style, but without losing that traditional chalet charm. The design and decoration help create a comfortable and relaxing space for you to unwind.
The contemporary open-plan living and dining room is ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes, with sensitive light, sleek furnishing and elegant design. There is a dining table that seats 4 people, where you can enjoy breakfast before going to ski. The room also has a small kitchen area, so that when you are not out testing Lech’s inviting restaurants, you can prepare meals from.
The bedroom can be configured as either a double bedroom or a twin, allowing for flexibility in group make up. The spacious bedroom has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style, with a large window flooding the room with warm winter light. The room also has an en-suite shower room.
The apartment also has a shared ski locker with heater boot warms, to ensure your ski boots are toasty and ready to wear each morning.
