Elegant villa Sophi located on hills side above the magnificent Lake Maggiore offering to its guests amazing view! A very peaceful location surrounded by the local vegetation, the villa is also near to the hamlet of Nebbiuno which offers grocery bar and some restaurants, the lake shore is 4 km away from the property on where is possible to stay on the beach or also do activities such as water sport or excursion.

Villa Sophi has a very well maintained private garden overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains, it also features a private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. with walk in steps and depth from 1.20 to 3.00 mt; it is equipped with sun beds and umbrella and also garden sofas and arm chairs.
There is also a covered porch equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals

The villa inside develops in two floors and covers over 350 sqm; the main entrance is from the upper floor and opens to a large and bright living room equipped with sofas, TV LCD, fire place, dining area with table and chairs, the living area opens to a terrace overlooking the lake. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker and all other appliances. The floor also features a double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed, and a third bedroom with two singles, these two rooms shares the bathroom in the corridor with shower.
The lowest floor feature a second living area with couches and TV, one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with tub. The villa also has a private garage.
