Villa San Carlo has been fully renovated into a stylish, contemporary home, designed for maximum comfort and air-conditioned throughout. With space to accommodate 12 guests across 6 spacious bedrooms, it’s perfect for large groups or families. The villa is located in a very peaceful area overlooking the lake, its location gives easy access to the Lake attractions.
The villa features 3,200 square meters of garden slopes around the property, creating multiple spots to take in stunning views of the lake and Angera’s iconic “La Rocca” castle. The swimming pool (12x3 mt. depth 1.5 mt), is the perfect retreat on warm days, surrounded by a covered patio with sun loungers and poufs for ultimate relaxation.
Villa San Carlo covers over 335 square meters, the main entrance, located on the first floor, opens into a bright and airy living room with expansive windows offering breathtaking views of the lake. The living area is thoughtfully divided into a cozy TV lounge and a separate sitting area with a fireplace. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a large marble table, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island. Step out onto the covered terrace for al fresco dining, or enjoy the panoramic lake views from the balcony that runs along the house. On this floor, you’ll also find a study and four bedrooms: the master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower), two additional double bedrooms, and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs, the lower floor opens out to the pool area and includes a second smaller kitchen, ideal for quick snacks or keeping drinks chilled by the pool! This level also offers two more bedrooms one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a tub and overhead shower, as well as a laundry room and a garage.

Neighborhood and distances
Villa San Carlo is located in the peaceful, residential hillside area of Dagnente, just a 2 km drive from the lakeside village of Meina. The charming town of Arona, only 4 km away, offers a lovely lakeside promenade with shops, restaurants, and easy ferry access to explore Lake Maggiore. Arona’s train station provides direct connections to Milan, while Stresa (15 km away) is a must-visit, with regular ferries to the Borromeo Islands. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for day trips, including visits to the renowned Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, golfing at nearby courses, or hiking in the nearby mountains.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A cash refundable deposit of 1000.00 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
