Villa dei Sogni is a luxury property on Lake Maggiore, with amazing view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a unique location only 3 km from the famous town of Stresa, full of restaurants shops and other services, in Stresa is also possible to take a ferry in order to visit the wonderful Borromeo island and other destinations around the Lake. In Stresa there is also a train station which connect the town to Milan so guest can easily have a day trip to the city for shopping and sightseeing.
The villa is located on an hillside reachable by a private road, the access is by an electric gate which opens to a 5000 sqm of garden perfectly maintained with English grass and tall trees which are offering natural shade. The garden features a magnificent infinity swimming pool facing an amazing view of the lake and the Borromeo islands, the pool is equipped with sun lounges, the garden also feature an equipped area with table and chair where to enjoy al fresco meals.
The interiors of the villa covers over 500 sqm of elegance and luxury, owner was particularly carefully in furnish the villa with some high standard furniture in order to provide the most of comfort to its guests.
The entrance of the villa opens to a large and very bright living room thanks to a large windows offering wonderful view of the lake, the living is equipped with sofas, LCD TV, fire place; a dining area with table and chairs; equipped kitchen with electric over, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave and all other appliances, the kitchen opens directly to the equipped outside are; the floor feature a service bathroom as well, in the night section there is a master double bedroom with its own bathroom with tub; a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with sower.
A spacious spiral staircase take to the above floor with a second sitting area with sofas (which can become a two single beds); double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
The SPA is located in the lower floor and feature an emotional shower, a relaxing area with lunges, a wonderful mini pool with hair massage facing the outside pool area offering an amazing view of the lake. The villa is fully air conditioning, and have internet wifi.
Swimming pool opened approximately from mid-May to end-September.
The small street going from the main road up towards the villa is unpaved and narrow so extra care is needed for very wide or low cars.

The villa is located Somerano, which is a small hamlet on the Lake Maggiore, in the villa there are some restaurants and bar, for more services guests can reach Stresa which is only 3 km away, here is also possible to take a ferry for touring around the lake, and the train to reach Milan which is 100 km away from the villa.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Refundable deposit:
A cash refundable deposit of 2000.00 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
