Lot of extra amenities included on price are present at the villa such as bikes, table tennis, soccer, basket dinghy, sailing, canoeing, bicycles, 40 HP motor boat (non license needed) included on price, (fuel is apart).
At extra price is possible to book an unforgettable excursion with the owner’s helicopter or cruise with the owner boat, (15 meter sailing boat) or a 12 meter motorboat.

An additional independent guest house with 2 beds kitchen and bathroom is available on special request.
