The outside of the villa is spread in different levels made of garden and paved areas, guests can relax in the heated swimming pool (heat from May to September maximum temperature 30 degrees) Pool size is 3x8 mt depth 2 mt. or lounge in the sun while soaking in the stunning lake vistas. Enjoy alfresco dining with a barbecue setup, and fully embrace the lakeside lifestyle. Spanning 250 m², Villa Taya comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 4 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms over two levels:
First Floor: A spacious open-plan living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking lake views. The living room features a cozy seating area with a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. The master suite offers a luxurious en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony. A guest toilet is also on this floor.
Ground Floor: Three additional bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and with their own private bathrooms, are located on this level. A stylish lounge area with a bar, plush couches, and a TV opens directly to the pool and outdoor patio.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
