Villa Civenna is luxury home to rent in Lake Como near Bellagio, wonderful property set on top of a hill with magnificent lake view, this amazing property offers to its guests full of privacy, and at the same time in less than one km is possible to reach the center of Civenna town which offers all services needed.
The villa is surrounded by a private garden made of perfectly maintained grass facing the lake and the old trees on the back, there is a private infinity swimming pool, which can be heated, from the pool there is a stunning lake view makes you feel you swim on the lake.
Attached to villa there is a built in covered patio equipped with garden sofas, table and chair where to organize al fresco meals.
The villa develops in two floors covering 300 square meters in total, at the entrance there is a large and bright living room equipped with sofas, fire place; living is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island with electric stove, oven microwave and all appliances needed, next to kitchen there is a spacious dining room with table and chairs, the floor also features a full bathroom. The first floor features four double bedrooms all with a private bathroom with shower, the master room also features in-room hot tub.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A cash refundable deposit of 2000.00 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
