Villa Sapphire is located on a hill only 4 km away from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the airport.
The property is south oriented and offers amazing panoramic sea views overlooking Playa den Bossa, Salinas, Cap des Falco and Formentera.
The villa is enclosed in a 8.000 m2 plot and the is 450 m2 large plus a guesthouse of 120 m2.
Inside, it is tastefully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, the lounge area features a huge lavish sofa, a flat screen TV, Bose surround system, blue ray DVD player, Spanish and Dutch satellite TV, there are also 2 Bose speakers on the outdoor terrace.
The dining table has seats for 8 people and there is sufficient kitchenware to serve all.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer/wine cooler, a Gaggenau microwave and coffee machine, a Gaggenau dishwasher, oven and hob with 5 gas flames and the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has access to WiFi and is protected with an interior alarm system, the staff of the house are also available and there is also a gym.
In the main building there are 4 bedrooms, all of them have super king size beds, en-suite bathroom (two with tub and shower, other two with shower only), air-conditioning flat screen TV.
In the guesthouse we find other 2 bedrooms, both with super king size beds, air-conditioning flat screen TV. The two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The outdoor areas are very spacious and include a swimming pool of 10m x 10m (chlorine free); the water preparation system is based on salt, but with no salty taste to the water, the system is especially good for eyes, skin, and hair.
Outside terraces boast ample sunbathing and shaded areas equipped with luxury high quality sun loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, chairs, daybed and parasols, there is also a gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities seating up to 8 people.
Villa Sapphire offers vast areas of well-maintained lawns and gardens and is the perfect choice for those who look for a place close to Ibiza center.

Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cleaning: A lady member of staff works 8 hours daily, 6 days per week, she cleans the house and takes care of the laundry. She has 1 day off, the day is chosen by the client.
A second staff member takes care of the maintenance of the house, cleaning the terraces, windows, gardens for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
2 gardeners work once each week.
Pool service maintains the pool twice a week if needed, they usually come early in the morning and are therefore no disturbance to the client.
