With a beautiful sea view Villa Pepina is located close the beach of Cala Vadella, it is developed on three levels, with a salted pool and Mediterranean garden, a terrace with table and chairs and the BBQ to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. A chill out area is also available in the garden.
On the ground floor a spacious living room with fireplace and glass sliding doors to admire outside, a modern equipped kitchen with a central island for a breakfast between the sky and the sea.
The second and third level host the 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, one with double bed 200cm, the other two with a direct access to the terrace has a double bed 150cm and two single beds 90 cm.
