Villa Enrique located 3.5km from Ibiza town, close Can Fumer Area, on top of the hills has a fantastic view on the valley below until the Mediterranean sea.
Developed on 350 sqm and three levels the Villa offer 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests., the Master room on the upper level with en-suite bathroom, a living area from which it is possible to enjoy the magnificent view of the valley.
The guests will find two further bedrooms with en suite bathroom and double beds, the last two bedrooms share the bathroom, one has a double bed and the other two twin beds.
On the main level the interior is really elegant with white colours, and a lot of natural light. a bright and huge open space, hosts the living room with TV, fireplace corner, sofas and a spacious dining area with a large table and chairs for 12 seats , a separate room with the equipped kitchen.
Going outside we find the big deck with relax areas and sunbeds ,the private pool where to admire the landscape and a panoramic terrace with sofas, the ideal place for the aperitives at the sunset.
The Villa offers Internet wi-fi and air conditioning ,it is ideal for large families or groups of friends that will have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Ibiza.
