Villa Argan is a stunning property in an exclusive location made of private villas, the perfect location where to relax and at the same time with short drive is possible to reach Essaouira, with its beaches, and the gulf club of Mogador.

The main body consist in a spacious living room equipped with sofas and arm chairs, dining place with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen; on the same floor there are also two bedrooms one with double bed (160x200 cm), with ensuite bathroom with shower, the second room is with double bed and an extra single, and private shower room.
The upper floor is consist of three bedrooms: one with a double bed of 180x200 cm, private bathroom with tub; second room with double bed 160x200 and additional single bed; third room with double bed of 160x200; these two rooms shares the bathroom with shower in the hall. all the bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and have TV with DVD player

The dependance consist in a four double bedroom each with a double bed of 160x200 cm these rooms shares the bathroom with shower in the hall.
The villa is fully staffed with one gatekeeper 24/7; a majordomo for the organization of the life of the house one or two cooks and ore or two maids, (this depend on number of people stay in the villa); private parking on spot, Air conditioning, internet wifi, ping pong table
