Villa Sunflower

Villa Sunflower is set in a complex consisting of various independent villas, situated in Prinias, between Ipsos and Barbati, two of the most well-known destinations in Corfu.

This complex is well-positioned in the middle of the island’s beautiful east coast, with all the highlights of Corfu within easy reach, from the old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Ermones 18-hole golf course, to the quaint village of Paleokastritsa.

The villa is very spacious thanks to its 250 sq. m., and it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in its 5 bedrooms (2 in couches). It is surrounded by beautiful scented gardens rich of indigenous flowers and trees, and it boasts amazing views of the Ionian Sea and the city of Corfu.

Villa Sunflower combines, like the other villas of this complex, a perfect mix of traditional and modern architecture, all rooms are bright and airy, furnished with parquet flooring and painted with soothing pastel colors, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with light.

The villa spreads over two levels and it has all kind of amenities, including a large open-plan living/dining room (with fireplace, sat TV, DVD/MP3 player), a fully equipped kitchen (with all essential crockery, cutlery and pots, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a visitors’ WC and also a laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities).

All the bedrooms are en-suite and have air-conditioning.

Outside, we find the private infinity-edged swimming pool with jacuzzi, a private terrace with sitting areas, sun beds and views of the sea, the mountain and the garden, and a large covered dining area.

Finally, a pebble beach, which used to be a mooring place for the British navy, during the British presence in Corfu, can be easily accessed from the property through a pathway.
