Villa Capilungo luxury pool, is an amazing property in Salento, Puglia, just 3 minutes by car to the sea and all services need. Located in a very quiet place offers to its guests all comforts. With short drive is possible to reach some of most famous location in Salento such as Gallipoli, Punta Prosciutto, Torre San Giovani and other destinations.
The villa is surrounded with a private gated garden of 2000 square meter which is partially paved. There is a private swimming pool of 7x14 mt. dept. 1.50 mt. it is equipped with sun beds, covered patio with garden sofas and armchair; there is a second covered patio next to the building with table chairs and barbecue where to enjoy al fresco meals.
The villa covers 130 square meters inside and develops all in one floor, it is equipped with modern furniture, there is a bright living room sofa, dining angel with table and chairs, large flat screen tv.

There are four double bedrooms, three of them have a double bed and one is with two single beds. Three bathrooms two with shower one toilet and sink.

The villa is located in a peaceful area, full of green around, services are reachable also by walking, about 1 km, the coast is 800 meters from the hose, mostly rocky beaches, the nearest sandy beaches are about 5-minute drive. The cozy tonw of Gallipoli is 20 km; Punta Prosciutto 60 km; Torre San Giovanni 8 km; Lecce (airport) 57 km.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 3 nights in mid al low season 7 nights in high season with changeover on Saturday
Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am
Security deposit (Refundable):
500 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
Pet allowed Euro 200,00 per stay
