Casa il Sogno is an enchanting property in in Amalfi Coast in the beautiful town of Positano, set in a panoramic position overlooking the blue sea and the town below, this amazing property offers all amenities for an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful place of the whole Coast!
located just above the center along the road connecting the Amalfi coast towns, guest can easily reach all services needed by walking, the large famous beach is just 700 meters from the house about 10 minutes walk. It is also possible to use the local bus to reach it, the station is only 100 meters from the house.
The house has a large private outdoor space made of different terraces facing the coast, from the private parking space 8 steps takes to the entrance gate which opens to the first garden with lemon tree and a bench where to relax, 40 additional steps go to the second level terrace with amazing heated pool of 2.20x4 mt. 50 cm dept. which offers spectacular sea view; to get in front of the entrance door there are 12 additional steps, at this level guest can also enjoy another large terrace equipped with table chairs, built in BBQ and fridge, perfect for al fresco meals admiring the view of Positano below! On this terrace there is also a laundry room with wash and dryer.
Casa il Songo inside covers over 120 square meters, the entrance door leads to living room equipped with sofas and arm chairs, large flat screen TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, both living and kitchen has French doors opens to the outside.
From the living to the right side there is the first room with a sofa bed. From the left side of the living area there is one double bedroom with private bathroom with walk in shower; there is a second double bedroom and another bathroom with large walk shower box; there is a third bathroom close to the living area as well.
The house has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, heating, private parking for two regular size car, BBQ, internet wifi, wash and dryer, dishwasher, microwave.

Positano is renowned all over the world for the fantastic views it offers and the houses built in the rock. It is certainly one of the most enchanting places in the world with a unique landscape and a wonderful sea.
However, it is good to know that among its features, there is inevitably a need to take several steps to get around on foot, so people with mobility difficulties may have some problems.
The car is advisable to move freely, as an alternative to taxis or public transport.

Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of € 300 has to be paid upon arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges in case of accidental damages to the property.
Final cleaning: 180 € to be paid at the check in time.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
