We are aware that our responsibility towards our customers have never been stronger.
Coronavirus has deeply impacted our lives and our thoughts go out to our clients and holiday homes owners that have been affected. However, after a very tough year it seems like finally there is some light at the end of the tunnel!
If you are currently deciding to book a vacation rental by My Rental Homes, please relax as you are in good hands.
In brief this means that:
- You can ask us for a customized booking terms. In many cases we can agree with the owners, for you, a very flexible cancellation policy, better than you can imagine for your peace of mind.
- We will refund you in full in case of governments travel restrictions related to the pandemic Covid 19
- You will not lose your deposit anyway, it will be transferred to a new booking in the future with us. The cost of your holiday will remain the same, regardless of FX movements or future price increases, according to the same price list of the current year. We are also waiving all admin fees for amending dates for bookings affected by Covid19.

The properties we manage are authorized by the local laws and they are obliged to follow the local guidelines to be open and they are subject to strict controls. Furthermore, we are working closely with our owners and property managers to make sure they are prepared to welcome our guests.
We are also encouraging owners to implement hygiene guidelines and cleaning checklists to ensure their property meets appropriate hygiene standards, in line with Covid-19 international requirements.
In addition, we are inviting to adopt other measures such as: self-check-in through technology, electronic key boxes, or other tools where possible.
