It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining, a living room, one bedroom with a nice balcony and a fireplace, a wardrobe room and a bathroom with a king size shower. The wide balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard and all windows are double paned, so that the apartment is soundproof. Casa Ottavia
Casa Ottavia is an elegant apartment –renovated in 2008– with all kind of amenities, ideal for a large family or for a group of friends. It is located on the third floor of a noble 18th century building provided with an elevator and situated between the Tiber and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Some of the most important tourist attractions in the area are Palazzo Farnese, Cappella del Monte di Pietà, and Pantheon.
It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a lounge room, a kitchenette and a a very large closet room. One bedroom has king size bed, the other one has two single beds.

Suite Governo Vecchio
Among our properties for rent in Rome, this is probably the one with the best location. Indeed, this nice and sunny apartment is just a few steps from Piazza Navona, close to Piazza Campo de fiori where every morning an open market is held. From the apartment some of the most famous sites can be reached in less than 20 minutes walking, such as Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi fountain and the Vatican City.
The apartment has been completely renovated in december 2017 and it features some beautiful antique pieces and a characteristic wooden ceiling.
